Tasting notes: Malbec is a grape variety originally from Bordeaux area where it was forgotten for a while. Here at Le Sorgenti, Malbec completed our French ties and returning to a dream. Codarossa is a fresh and intense wine with fruity notes, blackberries, prune, spicy with vegetable notes and hints of anise. On the palate, the wine is smooth, intense and compact. Great match with antipasti, semi matured cheeses, pizza, grilled meats and fresh water fish. Highly recommended with spicy food.
