Wine tours with our Sommelier, Cristian Giorni

An educational wine tasting experience which will take you from the vineyards to the winery and cellars of our marvelous winemaking estate, guided by a brilliant sommelier and the innovative enologist-cum-owner of the farm.

We follow the seasons: from the pruning of the vines during the winter and careful tending of the same during the spring, to the tidying up of the branches, stripping of the leaves and green pruning activities during the summer months, to ensure optimum ripening of the clusters.

When the autumn comes, all our energies are focused on the harvest, so that, once again, we can leave a lasting impression on the hearts of our friends, clients and guests.

Every stage of the vegetative life cycle of the vineyards and the production of quality wines will be illustrated and discussed during the final tasting session.

We offer three tasting session options in the most atmospheric corners of the estate so you can enjoy our wines in their place of origin.

An interesting alternative to the normal summertime aperitif or supper, a Wine Tasting Session at Fattoria Le Sorgenti offers the chance to discover the “secrets” of a quality wine.

On our off-road tour, you can view the Fattoria’s beautiful, carefully tended vineyards, surrounded by breathtaking views, and learn interesting details about the vine-growing techniques used. The tour of the vineyards is followed by a visit to the winery and the full-immersion experience comes to an end on the terrace of the Fattoria with a guided tasting session.

• Tour of the vineyards in a Land Rover, tour of the winery and cellars. Tasting session presenting the Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia wines and Laudemio olive oil, a snack consisting of local specialties (max. 8 people) (3 hours)

• Wine tasting session and picnic in the vineyard. The highest vineyard in the Fattoria offers a wonderful natural terrace with breathtaking views of Florence. This is the perfect setting for tasting the estate’s wines accompanied by a typical Tuscan picnic. A unique, high impact location.
  Off-road tour and stroll around the vineyards. Tasting session presenting the Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia wines and Laudemio olive oil, a snack consisting of local specialties in the Capaccio vineyard (2 hours)

• Wine tasting session on the terrace, accompanied by local delicacies. A chance to enjoy an atmospheric corner of nature just outside the city, and taste three wines ranging from the fruity fragrances of the Chianti Respiro, to the golden hints of the white Sghiras to the deep nuances of the I.G.T. Gaiaccia.
  Wine tasting session featuring Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia and Laudemio olive oil, with a snack consisting of local specialties (1½ hours)    € 40.00 per person

Tasting sessions for groups of max. 24/30 people

• Tour of the winery and cellars, tasting of the Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia wines and Laudemio olive oil, accompanied by a snack consisting of local specialties

€ 25,00 / 30.00 per person + 1 free for every 12 people

At the end of the tasting sessions it will be possible to purchase the estate’s wines and other products at the Farm Shop.
