THE MIND.
Trebbiano, Malvasia and Sangiovese offer a prized and valuable alchemy. The Vinsanto is created from selected clusters which are left to dry from September to February, and subsequently crushed. The must obtained is matured in oak kegs for at least five years, creating a clear, golden ambrosia
THE BODY.
Bright and crystalline, it flows thickly out of the bottle, a foretaste of the richness to be found on the nose and the palate. It has a deep amber color with copper reflections.Aromatic and extremely complex; with peaks of alcoholic strength immediately followed by hints of dried fruits, apricot, honey and ethereal sensations. It is harmonious and persuasive on the palate, with a velvety and mellow grain. It has a rich, silky, ingratiating taste, sustained by good acidity which makes it fresh and pleasantly well-balanced.
THE SOUL.
From the belvedere of “The Infinite”, it is possible to lose one’s gaze in the vast countryside surrounding the flowing river:
